He was so helpful and overcame problems with the age of our property that had stumped some national suppliers and even had our family related joiner concerned, delivering us beautifully finished shutters that look flawless and have had people knocking on the door for details of the supplier. Met Martin at Wolsingham Show and so pleased we did. From start to finish it was stress free. Visits arranged to go through the products and measuring, all with great communication and no pushy sales. The customer service was fantastic, so often it’s difficult to find craftsman / trade who do exactly what they say they’ll do but this wasn’t an issue with Martin. The shutters are amazing quality and Martin’s meticulous fitting have left us very very happy. We went for a soft white in the bathroom and ‘clay’ in the bedroom (which I colour matched as closely as I could with F&B Hopper Head for the window and recess). We couldn’t recommend Skyline & Martin more highly!

Really positive experience working with Martin. His attention to detail was second to none. We had an unusual triangular shaped window for which he designed and fitted shutters which have turned out amazing and greatly enhanced the appearance of the room.He was very clean in his work and tidied up meticulously afterwards. From start to finish, my experience with Martin has been brilliant. Initial communication was via phone and email with Martin telling me about the range of shutters available. We then went to his house and had a detailed meeting, seeing the different shutters, colours, blinds with extensive choices available in shutter type, fabric etc. We chose the Boston hardwood shutters and opted go have a bespoke colour (which was great value to do) in Farrow & Ball 'Old White'. I was so indecisive on colour, going back and forth changing my mind and Martin was incredibly patient and the end result is for us, perfect. The shutters are the best quality of the 3 sets we have had before, feeling that this range are by far the best, also at a reasonable price. Additionally, we chose some electric blackout roller blinds for our kitchen which are fantastic and some roman blinds and again the quality is superb.
Martin has been brilliant - super helpful, a pleasure to have in your home and a genuinely lovely chap who cannot do enough for you with his work and guidance throughout the process.
