We’re a pretty compact outfit, so this won’t take long!

Martin is ‘hands on’ when it comes to the operation. With years of experience and a real eye for detail, he’ll be the one to visit your home, carry out your survey and advise you on the best product for your room, taste and budget. He will complete all the installation work himself, so you’ll see him right throughout the process. He loves nothing more than discussing shutters and has been known to send friends off to sleep whilst discussing the merits of different louvre sizes!

When not keeping busy with shutters, Martin enjoys spending time with family and loves the outdoors. Amongst other things, climbing, mountain biking, and fell running are all passions, with the odd ‘ultra race’ under his belt. He is also a deputy team leader with Kirkby Stephen Mountain Rescue Team, so his weeks are kept pretty full!

Yolanda brings the ice-cool organisation to the team! While Martin is out on the tools, she can be found back at Skyline HQ, helping with the administration side of things. She generally keeps things running smoothly, helping projects stay on track and ensuring customers are well looked after.

If that’s not enough, she also teaches secondary school Spanish and loves anything arty. Yolanda also enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly running, and can often be found getting in some miles with the family sprocker, Nell. Having completed the London marathon in 2025, Yolanda raised over £1300 for the Great North Air Ambulance Service.

Leo loves telling everyone just how great Skyline’s shutters are, and is a dab hand when it comes to demonstrating how louvres work. He enjoys hockey, cricket, mountain biking and running. With over 70 Parkruns in the bag, Leo is eyeing up his 100 T-shirt!
